Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee projects as assigned, ensuring on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery.
- Prepare documentation and manage content for project management resources.
- Report metrics and project tracking data to the PMO on an ongoing basis.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the PMO and cross-functional teams to accelerate ministry projects.
- Participate in department and interdepartmental meetings to support broader goals.
- Serve as a project management ambassador and learn best practices across the organization.
Fund Development and Public Relations:
- Develop and maintain a personal funding base through ministry partner relationships.
- Communicate regularly with partners through calls, visits, and thank you letters.
- Raise an agreed-upon annual budget to support your role.
