Engineering Manager - Healthcare AI

Technical Leadership:

• Own architecture, system design, and long-term technical direction, ensuring reliability and auditability.
• Set the technical bar by shipping features across front end, back end, and infrastructure.
• Review designs, debug critical issues, and mentor the team through code and architectural decisions.

Execution and Impact:

• Contribute directly to productizing clinical AI recommendations into production systems.
• Work with clinicians and researchers to integrate decision artifacts into EHRs and clinical workflows.
• Manage risk and maintain auditing capabilities across the stack.

Growth and Culture:

• Collaborate daily with founders and work autonomously on high-impact projects.
