Maintain and extend Loadsmart's test automation framework, adding automated coverage for edge cases and failure modes.
Manually test tickets as they are completed throughout the week, designing test cases for edge cases, error states, and unhappy paths.
Use AI tools, including Claude, to speed up test case design, exploratory testing, and bug investigation.

Required Qualifications:

Over 5 years of professional manual validation for web-based applications with deep expertise in designing complex test scenarios.
Proven track record of identifying elusive defects by exercising boundary conditions and non-standard user workflows.
Technical proficiency in scaling quality through automation frameworks like Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
