Director of Product Management - Technical

About the Role:

• You will own the product roadmap and strategy for a fast-moving organization serving large enterprise operations.
• This is a hands-on role where you will work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering, Deployment Strategists, and customers.
• You will turn what you observe in the field into a sharp, sequenced strategy and sometimes into a working prototype.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate enterprise customer needs and market signals into a clear, sequenced plan aligned to company objectives.
• Write crisp PRDs, define success metrics, and prioritize ruthlessly by business value and technical feasibility.
• Build and grow the product function over time, mentoring product managers as the team scales.

Qualifications:

• 6-8+ years in product management, including 5+ years in technical product roles.
• Strong technical fluency: comfortable with SQL, prototyping, and code-adjacent work.
• Excellent communication with executive presence to drive decisions with senior stakeholders.
