Job Description
Responsible for all aspects associated with delivery of translations on the Smartling platform. This means playing the link between our linguist community, customers and the Smartling team to coordinate, monitor and deliver all translation projects per Smartling’s quality and turnaround time commitments. You will oversee and deliver translation requests on a daily basis, ensuring that Smartling meets its expected service levels and key goals. Accurately diagnose service issues, effectively present solutions to customers, and execute on those solutions at a high level. Work with freelance translators so that projects are routinely delivered on time and with high quality.
