Role Summary:
- Spyre Therapeutics seeks an experienced IP Counsel to lead global patent strategy and portfolio development.
- You will partner with R&D, Clinical, and Business Development to manage risks and support transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage patent portfolios covering drug candidates, formulations, and manufacturing processes.
- Conduct freedom-to-operate and infringement analyses, and oversee outside counsel and IP budgets.
Ideal Candidate:
- Has 12+ years of biotech patent law experience, including both law firm and in-house roles.
- Brings strong scientific fluency in biologics, antibodies, and immunology, with leadership and budget management skills.
