Role Overview:
- Seeking an IP and technology transactions attorney for a small, highly skilled U.S. Legal & Compliance team.
- Remote within the US.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate customer and vendor agreements, including technology, service, and consulting contracts.
- Review RFPs and DDQs, and advise on IP matters including generative AI.
- Support corporate, employment, and litigation matters as needed.
Qualifications:
- Law degree, 3-5 years in-house or law firm experience with licensing and commercial contracts.
- Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills; open-source or generative AI experience a plus.
- Comfortable with competing priorities and independent work.
