Who you are:
- You are a nimble, problem solver who thrives on creating clarity from ambiguity.

- You are a clear, crisp communicator, comfortable writing requirements docs and facilitating design reviews.
What you’ll do:
- Own and evolve the product roadmap with clearly scoped priorities and realistic timelines.
- Drive the vision and execution for new AI product capabilities enhancing CHW efficacy.
- Maintain a regular cadence with the CEO and Head of Technology to stay aligned on priorities and team operations.
What you bring:
- 5-7 years of product management experience, ideally in healthcare/health tech or B2B SaaS.
- Demonstrated ability to drive from complex problems to clear, actionable solutions.
- Comfort working in Jira and Figma; ability to read SQL and run product queries is a plus.
