Job Description
The Site Support Solutions Manager EMEA position hires, develops, enables, and engages their team in Site Support Solutions to ensure an elevated level of performance and exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include collaborating with sponsor teams, Care Access leadership, and other teams as required to deliver study results. The manager will translate priorities into actionable goals, ensure the team has appropriate resources, and solve problems proactively. The role involves weekly presentations to the Sponsor on team progress, developing partnerships with sites and clients, and holding the team accountable for GCP compliance. The position requires leadership skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with AI automatization or project management tools. This is a remote position with less than 10% travel requirements.
