Senior Product Manager - Personalization

Drive the product vision, product strategy and roadmap for Spotify’s AI Safety Platform. Partner with engineering, research and policy teams to build the systems that support evaluation, classification, and policy alignment for AI applications. Define and scale multimodal safety capabilities across audio, video, and conversational interfaces. Collaborate with internal customer teams to understand their needs and develop centralized guardrails for AI safety, while enabling flexibility for innovation. Build robust, data-driven feedback loops that continuously improve Spotify’s safety models and infrastructure. Translate highly technical capabilities into clear business value and roadmaps. Cultivate a culture of innovation and learning within your teams. Champion responsible AI practices across the company.
