Senior Product Manager - 12 Month FTC

Role Summary:

• PLOS is a nonprofit Open Access publisher with a mission to transform research communication.
• We seek a Senior Product Manager for a 12-month maternity cover contract, to work on significant product problems in scholarly publishing.
• You'll join active product teams and have opportunity to shape what we do and how we do it.

• You'll help break large problems into smaller learnable steps and make team's thinking visible.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the problem: Build deep understanding of users, needs, and context.
• Shape product direction: Identify opportunities and translate objectives into clear outcomes.
• Practise continuous discovery: Work with design and engineering to explore problems and test ideas.
