Provider Educator (Foreign Medical Graduate)

Provider Education and Support:

• Develop and deliver education on accurate clinical documentation and risk adjustment.
• Create educational resources like presentations and quick-reference sheets.
• Serve as a resource for documentation and coding questions.

Chart Preparation and Documentation Review:

• Review medical records before visits and organize relevant clinical information.
• Identify documentation, coding, and risk-adjustment opportunities for clinician review.
• Conduct post-visit chart validations and initiate clarification queries.

Documentation Performance and Clinician Development:

• Analyze performance indicators to identify clinicians needing additional education.
• Develop individualized education plans based on chart-review findings.
• Support onboarding of new clinicians with documentation standards and follow-up.
