About the Role:
- Bridge the gap between providers' clinical knowledge and your coding expertise.
- Coordinate, oversee, and optimize provider education and medical record coded information.
- Ensure accurate billing, maximize appropriate reimbursement, and maintain regulatory compliance.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as a beacon of knowledge on best practices for documentation and coding.
- Develop and implement education work plans to elevate quality, completeness, and accuracy.
- Empower through targeted initiatives to achieve excellence in professional and hospital services.
What We're Looking For:
- Deep understanding of anatomy, physiology, and coding systems.
- Minimum three years in documentation improvement, coding, or compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analytics tools.
