Coding Coordinator of Quality & Education

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and optimize the flow of coded medical record information for accurate billing and reimbursement.
• Review surgical coding submissions and manage denials to maximize revenue capture and compliance.
• Design and deliver impactful educational programs that elevate documentation practices and coding quality.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred.
• Additional specialty coding certification or two years of specialty coding experience required.
• Five years of specialty coding experience preferred.
