About the Role:
- Predictable W-2 compensation with base salary and productivity incentives.

What You'll Do:
- Provide 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care for lower to moderate acuity conditions.
- Manage patient population across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients.
- Maintain clinical autonomy with standard session lengths and no inpatient or crisis coverage.
