Senior Manager, HRIS

As Senior Manager, HRIS, you’ll define and drive Virta’s HR technology strategy—building a scalable foundation for data integrity, automation, and insight-driven decision making. You’ll lead the end-to-end implementation of Workday, partnering cross-functionally to ensure it becomes a trusted, high-impact system that scales with Virta’s growth. Beyond the implementation, you’ll establish scalable processes, governance and system enhancements to support our long-term growth.

Own the HRIS vision, roadmap, and governance, ensuring alignment with Virta’s business and People strategy across the employee lifecycle. Serve as the internal project lead for Workday, overseeing end-to-end implementation, including system design, data migration, testing, training, and go-live support - followed by ongoing optimization.
