Role Overview:
- Manage and execute the Credit Risk Review Continuous Review program for assigned portfolios.
- Evaluate credit risk management processes and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Present findings to senior leaders, regulators, and auditors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and assess credit risk in complex Commercial or Consumer borrowers and portfolios.
- Maintain awareness of economic conditions, industry trends, and regulatory issues.
- Manage open issues, observations, and recommendations, ensuring timely resolution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business-related field; graduate degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of lending or credit-related experience; Credit Risk Review experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
