Conflicts Manager

Overview:

• The Conflicts Manager oversees the national Conflicts Department for a full-service AmLaw 100 law firm.
• This role ensures timely and accurate conflicts services through operational leadership and workflow management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily departmental operations, personnel, and performance.
• Collaborate with Conflicts Attorneys and Firm leadership on complex matters.
• Drive process improvements and compliance with firm policies.

Qualifications:

• Requires seven years of law firm conflicts experience and three years of supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with strong leadership and communication skills.
