Role Overview:

• Digital Reporters provide critical support during remote legal proceedings by facilitating Zoom calls and assisting participants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Zoom sessions professionally, troubleshooting technical issues like muted audio or screen sharing for attendees.
• Safeguard transcript quality by ensuring optimal audio conditions for transcription software and administering oaths as needed.
• Conduct proceedings according to established scripts and legal prompts to maintain consistency, accuracy, and confidentiality throughout.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must hold an active Notary Public license in the state specified in the job posting and have a strong internet connection with a quiet workspace.
• Requires a video-enabled computer, excellent communication skills, and availability during standard business hours (9 AM to 5 PM local time, Monday-Friday).
