Role Impact:

  • Partner with account teams on pre-sales motions, crafting demos and leading technical evaluations.
  • Lead complex customer implementations, ensuring value realization during onboarding and over time.
  • Diagnose adoption stalls and design paths forward, connecting technical work to business outcomes.
