Role Overview:
- Support the delivery of internal communications and engagement strategy, providing clear organisation wide messaging to staff and volunteers.
- Create and develop communication plans and key messages to support organisational priorities.
- Manage and develop internal communication channels, including email newsletters, staff website and leadership broadcasts.
Who We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years' experience in a communications or marketing role with proven ability to develop impactful communications plans.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with ability to communicate complex information in an accessible format.
- Proficient in IT skills especially PowerPoint, Word, Excel and email marketing software (e.g. Mailchimp).
