Operations Analyst (Finance)

About the Role:

• You will own finance execution including payroll, expenses, and monthly close support.
• You will build reporting and dashboards to provide actionable business insights.
• This role combines hands-on financial operations with data-driven analysis.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Manage payroll, corporate cards, reimbursements, and accounts receivable.
• Maintain accurate financial data and support the monthly close process.
• Establish recurring weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting for leadership.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–6 years of experience in finance operations or financial analysis.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and experience with SQL and BI tools.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work independently in a growing environment.
