In This Role You Will:
- Assess each client's current-state preference card workflows and define a future-state model aligned to Card Optimizer's capabilities.
- Drive frontline adoption of Card Optimizer's mobile-friendly, one-click preference card review and approval tools.
- Build trusted, peer-level relationships with surgeons, OR directors, and perioperative nursing leaders.
What You'll Bring:
- 5–10 years of hands-on experience in perioperative services, OR management, or clinical supply chain.
- Owned outcomes from large-scale preference card cleanup or standardization initiatives across a multi-site health system.
- Engaged and influenced surgeons and OR directors around workflow change and technology adoption.
