Role Overview:
- Act as the operational backbone of our Spravato network, ensuring smooth patient flow across multiple sites.
- Handle scheduling, intake logistics, and REMS documentation compliance.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize workflows.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of hands-on Spravato clinic operations experience.
- Strong understanding of REMS requirements and esketamine monitoring protocols.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills for multi-site management.
