About the Role:

  • This role is not a support or coordination role; you are the strategic partner to senior living operators, responsible for driving adoption, demonstrating ROI, and securing renewals.
  • You sit at the intersection of clinical credibility, commercial ownership, and executive presence, operating at the leadership level with operator executives while staying close to community operations.
  • Travel expectation is approximately 30% for on-site visits, EBRs, and key client moments.

What We're Looking For:

  • Must-haves include a startup mentality, commercial ownership experience, altitude flexibility, solutions orientation, operational rigor, EBR and data fluency, and 7+ years in customer success or account management in SaaS or healthtech.
  • Strong differentiators include a clinical background or credential, senior living or post-acute experience, and cross-functional fluency.
  • This role requires making decisions quickly, navigating difficult conversations, and delivering outcomes without perfect information.

What to Expect:

  • This is a high-accountability and high-velocity role with ownership of a complex book of business.
  • The growth path is into a bigger, more complex book of business, deeper operator relationships, and expanded influence within Inspiren as an individual contributor and operator-level strategist.
  • The salary range is $175,000-$185,000 annual plus variable bonus, equity, and benefits including medical, dental, and vision.
