Vice President of Operations- Clinical Intelligence

Role Overview:

• The VP of Operations is the senior operating executive and trusted second-in-command for the Clinical Intelligence business unit, fully accountable for translating strategy into disciplined execution.
• This role is designed for a developing operator with deep institutional knowledge of Reveleer’s Clinical Intelligence domain and technology stack.
• Core objectives include establishing a predictable operating model, ensuring consistent execution across teams, and driving accountability and operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the day-to-day operating rhythm, lead weekly execution reviews, operational dashboards, and KPI tracking.
• Own delivery operations across customers and products, standardize processes, and identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Serve as the execution bridge between Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations, aligning commitments with operational realities.

Financial & Performance Management:

• Support the GM in improving delivery economics and gross margin, tracking operational KPIs tied to ARR, cost-to-serve, and utilization.
• Support pricing discipline through operational cost transparency and ensure operational data is accurate, timely, and decision-ready.
• Deliver on all financial commitments for the segment.
