We’re looking for Junior Insurance Technology Associate to support our Director of IT and contribute across multiple system, product, and compliance initiatives. If you’re an insurance-savvy problem solver who thrives at the intersection of forms, systems, and strategy—and you're ready to grow with a tech-forward team—this role is built for you. Assist with configuration, testing, and documentation of insurance management systems, portals, and workflow automation tools. Support QA/UAT cycles for new products, system enhancements, and form updates. Partner with IT leadership to identify and troubleshoot technical or logic issues in core systems. Review and interpret ISO Circulars to identify impacts on products and ensure regulatory alignment.
