Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with prospects, customers, and internal partners to identify clinical and operational workflows.
- Build MVP versions of solutions as Canvas plugins using agent-assisted development tools such as Claude Code.
- Collaborate across sales, customer success, implementation, engineering, and product teams to align on proposals.
Qualifications:
- Background in Computer Science, Health Informatics, Engineering, UX, or related discipline.
- Comfort and hands-on experience with AI and agent-assisted development tools.
- Deep interest in healthcare technology and EMR systems.
What Success Looks Like at 90 Days:
- Own parts of the solution lifecycle, from writing proposals to delivering plugin-based MVPs independently.
- Successfully translate 3-5 prospect engagements into end-to-end solution proposals with working prototypes.
- Build a repeatable agent-assisted development workflow that shortens the path from discovery to demo.
