Sr Business Analyst

We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Senior Business Analyst with strong Salesforce experience to join our team. In this role, you’ll work closely with product managers, engineering, and business stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements, refine user stories, and support agile development, focusing on the Salesforce and Zuora platforms. You will serve as the key liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment on requirements, driving continuous improvement, and delivering high-quality solutions. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the evolution of our Salesforce and Zuora platforms and optimize business operations. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive impactful initiatives.
