Job Description

Reporting to the VP of Growth Marketing, you will lead a team of high-performing marketers, being responsible for full-funnel demand generation, aligning marketing efforts with sales objectives, and optimizing performance through data-driven insights. Strategic Growth Marketing & Execution involves developing and executing integrated marketing strategies to drive net new growth and customer expansion within the Controllership Business Unit; owning end-to-end campaign development; leveraging a mix of direct, outbound, and digital marketing tactics; defining target audience segments; identifying and acting on market trends. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement means partnering with Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations, Events, and Sales to ensure alignment and maximize campaign impact; working closely with Business Unit leadership and Sales teams; overseeing third-party activities. Team Leadership & Performance Optimization requires leading, coaching, and developing a team of marketers; establishing clear goals, KPIs, and performance metrics; managing marketing budgets.
