Role Overview:
- You'll lead afternoons and evenings on our newsdesk as a writer-editor with a "see it, write it" mentality.
- You'll report to our Executive Editor and act as a 24/7 nerve center for the newsroom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Real-time news surveillance and quick-turn writing of spot news.
- Editing national news, from breaking stories to enterprise pieces.
- Monitoring key stories and flagging developments to experts.
Candidate Profile:
