Requirements and Skills:
- 5+ years in Account Management or Sales within B2B SaaS, with experience managing enterprise accounts.
- Ability to cold call CXOs, engage technical stakeholders, and run software demonstrations effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working EST hours from India.
Success Metrics and Collaboration:
- Achieve growth in account value and increased product adoption across multiple teams.
- Maintain strong customer satisfaction and a predictable expansion pipeline using CRM tools.
