Responsibilities:
- Implement solutions to support the Exchange Online environment, in addition to on-premises mail attribute management with Exchange Server SE
- Provide support for the secure email gateway solution, Proofpoint Email Protection, collaborating closely with the cyber security and operations teams to maintain daily activities
- Maintain and optimize internal SMTP relaying, utilizing Proofpoint Secure Email Relay
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience managing systems in an enterprise IT environment - 5+ years
- Experience working with Microsoft 365 technologies, Exchange Online, Exchange Server, and email gateway solutions, preferably in a corporate or enterprise environment - 1+ years
