Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate staff and report issues to the prime contractor.
  • Interface with Operating Unit management to report status and track finances.
  • Manage schedules and shift scheduling as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years’ professional leadership experience in information technology.
  • Experience with development lifecycles (Agile, XP, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Demonstrated organization and people leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and/or Large Language Models (LLM).
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them.
