Roles and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate staff and report issues to the prime contractor.
- Interface with Operating Unit management to report status and track finances.
- Manage schedules and shift scheduling as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years’ professional leadership experience in information technology.
- Experience with development lifecycles (Agile, XP, Waterfall, etc.).
- Demonstrated organization and people leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and/or Large Language Models (LLM).
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them.
