You bring deep experience in complex SaaS implementations and are passionate about building scalable project delivery frameworks that raise the bar across the implementation practice. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are adept at influencing across all levels of an organization. Lead Polly’s most complex and strategic SaaS implementation projects from scoping through post-go-live stabilization. Set the strategic vision for implementation excellence; develop frameworks, playbooks, and best practices that scale with the business. Act as a senior advisor to enterprise customers, executive stakeholders, and internal leaders to drive successful delivery and adoption. Anticipate business needs and risks, creating mitigation and contingency plans that ensure high customer satisfaction. Mentor and coach project managers across levels, contributing to talent development and overall team performance. Partner closely with Product and Engineering to represent customer needs and implementation insights in roadmap planning.
