Job Description
As Head of Channels and Alliances, you will be responsible for leading entire Channel Alliances, initiating and closing new channel opportunities and driving new and existing partnerships, which will significantly accelerate Cywareβs growth and profitability. This role involves setting the vision for the optimal partner program, identifying, recruiting, and onboarding global, national and regional partners, and owning the entire channel alliance lifecycle, from lead to launch. You'll design and drive sales enablement programs for our partners, grow and maintain the sales channel, and build relationships across partners.
Provide market feedback to our product teams, develop key partner infrastructure, and educate sales teams on new Alliances pricing models. You will negotiate agreements, pitch new deals, and act as executive champion for partner integrations within Alliance opportunities, as well as achieve annual strategic and financial goals.
