Channel Strategy & Execution:
- Support and execute channel strategy across Amazon, TikTok Shop, QVC, and iHerb.
- Drive performance against Revenue targets, Contribution profit goals and Inventory and margin guardrails.
- Translate high-level priorities into channel-level action plans.
Amazon Growth Execution:
- Lead execution of Amazon strategy across owned brands, including Assortment, Pricing and promotions and Subscribe & Save.
- Partner with agency to ensure priorities are clearly defined and delivered.
Agency & Broker Management:
- Manage Amazon agency and QVC broker relationships.
- Set expectations, track deliverables, and ensure follow-through.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Partner closely with Finance, Inventory / Supply Chain and Owned Brands teams.
- Align execution with Inventory constraints, Financial targets and Brand priorities.
