Responsibilities:
- Lead design and architecture of scalable, performant backend solutions.
- Own core subscription and membership systems including billing and lifecycle management.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive technical initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2 in a Staff Engineer role.
- Proficiency in backend technologies like Spring, Java, Kotlin, and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with workflow tools like Temporal and monitoring with Datadog.
