Job Description
The Jr. Business Operations Coordinator is responsible for project administration to achieve project profitability and schedule goals. This role is fully remote. Specific location details and expectations will be discussed during the interview process. Responsibilities include assisting the Business Operations Coordinator and Project Manager, performing data entry, managing vendors, coordinating with accounting and legal teams, creating safety plans, procuring insurance, and ensuring compliance. The candidate will also maintain vendor relationships, document meetings, identify and resolve operational problems, and assist with administrative duties. Other responsibilities include maintaining a project filing system, verifying codes for accounts payable invoices, compiling subcontracts, and maintaining field equipment inventory.
