Senior Product Designer – Pharma (Growth)

About the Role:

• You own the end-to-end product design process, improving customer activation and retention.
• You lead discovery and experimentation, using research and data to validate solutions.
• You collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver high-quality experiences.

About You:

• You have extensive experience in product design and UX/UI for digital consumer products.
• You are native in German and fluent in English.
• You are skilled in Figma, prototyping, and A/B testing.
