Job Description

Presales Leadership:

  • Lead discovery sessions to understand client business needs and objectives.
  • Deliver tailored solution presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts for Dynamics 365 CE modules.
  • Support proposal development, RFP responses, and bid defenses.

Solution Design:

  • Develop solution architectures and implementation strategies aligned with Microsoft best practices.
  • Advise on integration with Power Platform and Azure services.
  • Ensure scalability, security, and compliance in proposed solutions.

Thought Leadership:

  • Stay current on Dynamics 365 CE features, AI-driven enhancements, and emerging technologies.
  • Evangelise innovation through workshops, webinars, and industry events.
  • Partner with sales teams, delivery teams, and Microsoft counterparts to drive successful outcomes.
