Onboarding & Due Diligence Specialist

Role Overview:

• You'll own onboarding from signup to activation, carrying your own caseload end to end.
• You are the first line of defense, applying risk-based judgment to every case.
• You work with external partners and internal teams to deliver a delightful onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run KYC/KYB reviews on business entities, verifying corporate structure, beneficial ownership, and source of funds.
• Serve as the primary point of contact through onboarding, guiding customers with clear written communication.
• Identify friction points and propose controls, process changes, and automation to the product team.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years in KYC/KYB, onboarding, or first-line compliance functions.
• Hands-on experience verifying business entities and UBO across multiple jurisdictions.
• Autonomous, low-ego, and comfortable with high case volume in a fully remote environment.
