Job Description
Role Scope:
- Maintain and optimize the current Salesforce implementation.
- Take hands-on responsibility for enhancements and complex flows.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs and recommend improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with defining and scoping requests between business stakeholders and technical implementation.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support business insights.
- Handle day-to-day requests, bug fixes, and questions from users.
