Position Overview:
- As a Senior Product Manager, you will shape the future of the Point-of-Sale platform.
- You will own strategy, discovery, and execution for the core POS platform.
- Focus on strengthening technical foundations and driving the roadmap in parallel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate an empowered team with engineering and design, iterating based on live usage data.
- Define and maintain a strategic roadmap, balancing modernization and commercial tradeoffs.
- Use AI tools fluently for research, analysis, and prototyping; identify AI-powered features.
Commercial Ownership:
- Own go-to-market for new POS capabilities, including positioning and launch planning.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success for successful rollout.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Product Manager experience in SaaS, preferably restaurant tech or POS.
- Extensive hands-on experience with customer interviews and discovery research.
- Proven ability to set measurable goals and use product analytics to drive decisions.
