Associate, Business Operations

This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with BizOps leaders on high-priority projects across growth, customer experience, and product strategy. Conduct primary and secondary research to develop informed perspectives and recommendations. Leverage data to generate insights and drive meaningful business decisions. This will involve taking ownership of discrete BizOps projects and engaging with leadership to solve complex business problems. You'll work cross-functionally with product, engineering, operations, and executive teams to drive strategic initiatives. Adapt to challenges with a no-ego attitude, rolling up your sleeves to get things done. Provide clear, well-supported recommendations based on rigorous problem-solving and analysis. Contribute to building and shaping the BizOps function at Wealthsimple.
