Advisory Solution Consultant - Creator Workflows

ServiceNow is changing the way government works, helping agencies operate faster and more scalably. As an Advisory Solution Consultant, you will be a key part of our pre-sales team, focusing on Creator Workflows and Mission Application Development on the Now Platform. You'll drive innovative solutions around ServiceNow’s Workflow Data Fabric, NowAssist, and Agentic AI capabilities. Your responsibilities include data solution evangelism, customer engagement, designing data architectures, collaborating with various teams, supporting sales strategy, and continuous learning. You will lead technical discovery sessions to address complex data integration challenges and build solutions using ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution architecture, or consulting roles, with a strong background in data engineering, integration technologies, and software development practices. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for articulating complex solutions persuasively.
