- Support reduced churn and reliable reorder cadence.
- Ensure a high-quality, seamless resupply experience.
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate follow-up, execution, and documentation after patients enter the resupply phase.
- Collaborate with clinical, billing, and operations teams.
- Help track engagement and reorder metrics.
What You Bring:
- 2+ years in healthcare coordination, DME, or care navigation.
- Strong patient communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
