Associate General Counsel – Employment

Theoria Medical is seeking an experienced Employment Attorney to oversee employment-related litigation and manage insurance coverage matters impacting labor and employment risks. This role is critical to protecting Theoria’s legal and financial interests across a complex regulatory landscape. The attorney will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel to mitigate legal risk, ensure regulatory compliance, and support a healthy workplace culture across our business operations. Responsibilities involve providing strategic advice on employment law issues, leading internal investigations, and recommending corrective actions. Additionally, the role includes managing employment litigation, developing litigation strategy, and supervising case progress. The attorney will also manage employment practices liability insurance and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
