Sr Director Quality Improvement

The Senior Director will play a critical role in fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making, capacity building, and cross-organizational collaboration to ensure measurable and lasting impact in local Boys & Girls Club organizations. The ideal candidate will have experience leading statewide, regional, or national networks or collective action efforts, as well as expertise in quality improvement methodologies such as Improvement Science, LEAN, or Six Sigma. The Senior Director will be responsible for designing and implementing strategic initiatives that support Clubs in enhancing program quality, strengthening professional development practices, and improving operational infrastructure to drive sustained youth outcomes.
