Responsibilities:
- Define and drive product initiatives from discovery through delivery.
- Build and improve product management processes where structure does not yet exist.
- Facilitate communication between engineering teams, leadership, and customers.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in startup or high-growth environments.
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience working with distributed teams and using AI tools to improve workflows.
